A note about support and web site donations: please do not start your support request with:

"Hey I'm going to make a donation, but..."

Because:

• Donations are a "thank you" to encourage future development, not to pay for services rendered,
• Usually if I help someone who makes a request like that I never see a donation.

Because of limited time I can't promise to respond to all requests.
