Jointer Tune Up

Wednesday, June 9th, 2004

This page is a good article about tuning up your jointer.

If only I had a jointer, my basic tool set would be complete. Hmm… father’s day is coming up. But I don’t know if SWMBO will let me get away with spending $500+ for a JET 708457K / JJ-6CSX 6″ Woodworking Jointer.

Lauren’s Cradle

Wednesday, June 2nd, 2004

This was my first woodworking project, a cradle for my daughter Lauren. Lots of little flaws, and it certainly took me long enough to finish, but I think it turned out nicely. Even as Lauren grows older, she enjoys using it to store her toys.

You can get the plans and view a video of the cradle in action on my website.
